I have a few Cutpurses, but none with melee damage. I have the following on those:

Ravaging Bullet Vamp, Epic, AOE, Reload, Accuracy
Cutpurse Moxxi’s Endowment with Incendiary Damage, AS Cooldown, and Cryo Resist
Cutpurse Moxxi’s Endowment with AS Cooldown, Incendiary Damage, and Reload
Cutpurse Victory Rush with Reload, Cryo Damage, and Exp
Cutpurse White Elephant with AS Cooldown, Accuracy, and AOE

As far as I know it does not come in legendary, but I believe it can be anointed (not 100% on tha)
