Gear synergies(a rational discussion. be open to new ideas and combinations)

if you haven’t had the chance to test your build, I tested mine with a total of 41% shield pen from equipment stacking shield pen with Oscar mike’s helix choices, it worked wonderfully. I had one other test I wanted to try using ghalt(i’m curious if each pellet will have bonus damage)

and to add another interesting little build for ambra(3 legendaries so be warned)

use the pacifier(damaging an enemy lowers their attack power by 10% for a few seconds(I forget how many at the moment, I think it’s 5)

the solar sustainer(healing an ally boosts their attack power and yours by 5.46% for 5 seconds

and either her legendary for easier heat generation for more sunspots or use bola’s trget finder to make enemies take increased damage after being damaged by skills

in general it’s as many buffs for allies as possible and as many debuffs for enemies as possible

tested the full shield pen build with bunker buster on ghalt and montanna. the both of them could strip a sentry shield in moments(ghalt using his ultimate to be fair) so i’d consider it useful in a team when they know you’re doing that

Need to test this combinaison :
Alamo-7 : 2sec damage immunity when bellow 10% life (120s CD)
Time Borrower : Reset all skills when bellow 10% life (30s CD) (Does it also works on passive like Ambra’s overshield and ultimate ?)

But impossible to find a Time Borrower… Legendaries from packs are way tooooo hard to get compared to Bosses drops

Also want to test the Comeback King (your shield explode dealing 140dmg when depleted) on Deande’s Burst Dash with calculated risk

Team with 5 Oath of the Sustain = 6score per kill instead of only 2. This item doesn’t only heal your mates but makes all the kills in the team Assist for you as it counts as heals = free XP.

Use Borrowed Timer on Kelvin…just do it and you will see the beauty of it.

That’s one of the reasons why I wanted to try kelvin. I kinda am curious how good it is for kelvin mains

I know borrowed timer can cool down her ult but didn’t consider her passive at all being affected by it. Gonna see if I can’t pull that off on a match.

In regards to oath, are you telling me that I can wear one, damage opponent A, heal my teammates thru oath, then when opponent be gets killed from an ally I get an assist?

Bonus stat when shields are depleted do not work on eldrid. EXCEPT for kelvin, they actually do work on him since he has a “base” 300 point shield, but 20 (I think) negative shield recharge rate, keeping it at 0 until you proc his permafrost.

So if you like kelvin, depleted shield gear is awesome

in the 7/21 patch notes that was noted as being changed though

“Kelvin no longer received conditional effects that activate on shield depletion by default”

Nothing incredible, no. I tend to run shield Web legendary on melka to keep shields down pretty much forever. Or as much move speed as I can get on boldur, always fun

Can’t remember the full name, shield Web something or other, skill hits prevent enemy shields from recharging for 10 secs, and with constant venom ticks from melka that’s pretty much all the time
