Since launch the following bugs still exist:

Accuracy bonus stat on any legendary artifact does not provide the bonus when equipped only the purple ones do

weapon specific accuracy bonus such as extra 50% [weapon] accuracy that can spawn on any class com only provides a 32% accuracy

Only the left arm on iron bear currently receives weapon bonuses from mozes skill trees the right arm either gets a diminished bonus or none.
-
handling on cov assault rifles is significantly worse when aiming down sights and shooting with scopes that provide increase zoom compare to similar manufactures such as vladoff
-
when using any grenade with either the transfusion or generator efffect healing orbs can sometimes simply bypass the player and not provide any healing whatsoever this happens way to often
hopefully gearbox can have these issues resolved by the upcoming December patch

Just a heads up the December patch has already rolled out - what is left to acquire on Dec 19th should only be paid dlc content (unless all of it was prepared in the patch that just arrived). January will be the next patch.
my hope is that these issues are rasied to gearbox and they are fix for any upcoming patch

said this before but, welcome to the beta test 
this game is so broken it’s not even funny…
its embrassing that gearbox got lazy
i think it’s more that they do not see the forest for the trees…
just look at the tallent trees… half of the skills are just useless…
let’s take zane for example:
- nerves of steel is just plain useless (or you have to run a sniper build… wich doesn’t work in most content)
- trick of the light, also useless… could work in coop but still… useless…
- best served cold… damage is so minimal i wonder who in their right mind would ever use it…
i could go on but i think i made my point 
i said this so many times but i keep getting the feeling they didn’t playtest this game…
