So I’m level 42 now and I have played all the champs and Deande and especially Ghalt seem underpowered. There regular R2 attacks are just not efficient enough at damage dealing. Deande not as much as Ghalt. She is at least evasive and sneaky enough to avoid damage. Ghalt however gets murdered by any melee character because he has no escape and not a high enough DPS. I realize not many people have played them yet but I want to see if I’m alone in this opinion.
Haven’t played Ghalt (or BB at all) but from watching gameplay, his strength is pulling enemies out of position. Seems like he’d be fantastic with a half-decent team for creating mismatches. If he was also a 1v1 powerhouse, seems like it might be unbalanced.
Yeah… Ghalt isn’t really designed to deal damage. He shines with a good team, how well you play Ghalt pretty much directly scales on how well your team plays. I can’t really comment on Deande though.
I agree on the pulling people put of position. I landed a few amazing hooks that pulled the miko away from his healing. His double shotguns ultimate however were honestly worse than just using one because he couldn’t use his hook anymore. I don’t think he is that underpowered. I need to state that now. Unfortunately his hook and trap are his only real utility. His ult and damage is practically useless.
And yeah if they buff his damage a little too much, he becomes too good. If they made him more tanky or something, it’d be ok. Because he just gets melted by any dps champ.
Interesting point on the ultimate. Maybe it needs some other form of utility?
yea maybe. I’m not sure what. Maybe if it slowed or something but that would probably be a little too OP.
I just played deande and put her on my C tier list. The biggest turn off for me is when her ultimate ability cast time was around 2 seconds and it targets minions if they were in the way. it was horrible
I didn’t have an issue with her ult. I suppressed 4 of the enemy team at one time and then my teammates just shredded them. I just struggled at killing anybody myself as Deande which as an assassin is pretty bad.
Ok so ghalt’s mutations are awesome though. He gets to fire 3 hooks in a cone
