Can someone tell me what rank these two unlock at? I’m not going to be able to do their challenge but my roster bugged out saying I have them but I don’t so I don’t know their Rank Requirements

No big deal, just sitting in front of my console
My command screen was bugged last night also, wonder if this is a known issue. It showed everyone as unlocked although I know I still have some to go (Deande, Ghalt, Toby, not sure who else).
