As a PS4 player I press to activate Ghalt’s ultimate then wait 3-5 seconds before I can shoot my guns. It is very annoying to have my short 10 seconds of double-gun badassery shortened even more by the animation of him whipping out both guns.
Recommended Fix: Start the countdown when the first shot is fired.
