"Ghost" Shift Rewards, shift rewards not appearing in game

I just got the hj collection and I transferred my shift account from PS3 to PS4. I have most of my rewards, but the Spooky skins and the dragons keep heads for Zer0 and Krieg are absent from my game, and I’m unable to redeem the codes again. If anyone could help me out that would be very much appreciated, lol
