Hi, I have been using the gift of mayhem shift codes to get the rewards, go through social menu, shift codes, enter the code…works fine, reward shows as redeemed. then continue into game and check mailbox, the rewards are listed, but when I click the weapon reward, it disappears, I have checked my inventory, it never appeared. I have not accidentally sold it before anyone asks as I have not been near a in game store etc. Any ideas? I cannot input the shift codes again as it comes back with “already redeemed”. I know its only free stuff, but I would like it to work properly. Hopefully someone from Gearbox has a solution.

Should just unlock, not an actual item, except the rifle.

If you’re missing the rifle, join a few others here please: Updated shift codes

If you check the respec station and have no echo skins / VH skins - or if you check the weapon trinkets and don’t see the candy cane it’ll require a support ticket. There are no items to use to unlock the cosmetics they unlock on accepting the mail from social.

hope, you are not declining them by mistake, like i did with many guns.

I dont think I am, I just clicked directly on each mail individually and they disapear with each reward going where it should, (trinket to the trinket list, hud skin to its list) but the weapon doesnt appear anywhere. Though looking online it appears to be a common issue across all platforms with many people experiencing this problem. I have opened a ticket regardless. Thanks for your replies…everyone.

Could you post the response you get (if any)? I’ve had the same thing happen - got all the other gifts, but “somehow” I have not gotten the Legendary gun even though it shows as redeemed.

I’ll do that as soon as I get a response. Surely they must know about the problem by now.
