Hey yal, I preorder BB online from best buy in January. I noticed today in store there were cards for specific BB preorders, and I assume tied to the digital number is the gold skins. But I intentionally ordered and kept my preorder of a hard copy of this game. Anyways, my heroes don’t have their gold skins as an option, and I cant find a code on receipt or in box to download the skins. I want my golden thorn… Any help please!!

Just to update: Sent request to GBX, within few hours received message back from GBX and an email from Best Buy with code. Now lets hope it works.

Yup code worked for five skins. Yeah, best buy wasn’t the most helpful on my inquiries about the release prelaunch. Contact gbx with the link from above, and they should get the ball rolling
