Hello
I have entered the correct golden key code. There are about 150 golden keys to enter the game, but none of them came in except for the 10 that we had previously. The skin codes I entered together came in normally, but the golden key code did not come in. Please check and take action.

Are you sure the code wasn’t expired? A lot of the key codes are time-limited.

They’re expired.

You should have received a message stating that the code was expired. As the other two have said, there’s nothing to check and take action on because those codes are no longer valid.

By the way, this is a community based tech support forum; the only help you’ll receive here are from fellow forum goers. If you want actual support, you’ll need to submit a support ticket with 2k.

They’re usually pretty good at keeping the codes up to date.
