I entered a code from the Facebook page Friday night for 25 Golden Keys. I got a message saying it worked fine, and the reward shows on my SHiFT account. But when I went to Sanctuary yesterday to use my keys, I didn’t have any. I submitted a support ticket, but I’m just getting unrelated automatic responses so far, still waiting for a real person to actually read my ticket. Anyone have the same problem and get it fixed?
It’s hasn’t been fixed for me, but I also didn’t get my 75 keys even though I have the reword notice in shift history.
