No, it worked properly. I didn’t get a Hex until very close to the fix.
I had an alley oop tracker that served me well-ish, then it just stopped.
It broke when they added the .3 sec delay.
I bet there’s simply a decimal place in the wrong spot.
Haha, spaghetti code though
.
I don’t think so. While I have no proof and I actually don’t have any idea for sure, I thinks it’s more there’s something specifically interfering with the pattern.
I just don’t know what it is. If it was just memory or something, it should fix itself (especially when you reset the game. It’d also be more consistent.
It’s like a leak or something. And I’ve definetely also had it in pc but it fixes itself rather quickly within the Wotan fight.
I’m not 100% sure if that’s true. I feel like I remember that, but a lot of things changed around then. Obviously grenade regen wouldn’t have worked as well after that but I honestly don’t remember complaints about it completely shutting down then. Guardian perks were also busted around then too, which was a bigger issue at the time.
Someone would have to search the forums for that. I remember it around dlc 1 giving me the most issues.

Patch notes out. Did anyone see any Iron Bear scaling in the patch notes?
The Moze buffs though are GREAT

Noelle confirmed no scaling if it isn’t in the patch notes.

Should be fairly easy to test — just go to the Droughts and shoot up some skags.

I’m nearly certain. No one complained because it happened alongside the changes, so everyone assumed it was intended.
Just looked through patch notes. Still not fixed.
Guess I’ll just lifesteal.

No, she didn’t. Just wait for the patch to test it instead of manipulating words.

I will test in Fervor once the patch hits my Xbox. Still waiting though

She literally said if it wasn’t in the patch notes, it’s not making it in. We’ve asked this question directly numerous times with no response, and the only answer we’ve received is that if it isn’t in the patch notes, it’s not in.
That’s the clearest answer we’ve received so far. If we had just gotten a yes or no there wouldn’t be any need to even have this conversation, but you can see right there what was said.

The patch/hotfix is changes/fixes. It certainly isn’t a fix because 2.0 doesn’t exist yet. It isn’t a change because mayhem 2.0 doesn’t exist yet.
Maybe it’s built into it, who knows. It isn’t a confirmation.
It’s not an answer, it’s nothing. We can just wait at this point.

What we need to know is the m10 health modifier. And any relevant Easy Rolls

Then why didn’t she address that point directly when asked if scaling was included in this patch?
This is a whole lot of guesswork for something that only needs yes or no. And I certainly wouldn’t call it nothing. At some point, the lack of a definitive yes or no means something, and from what was said when asked specifically in reference to scaling, we pretty much have a no.
How else do you interpret this answer when asked directly

Could just wait three hours, then complain.

Waiting has been the name of the game for 6 months, forgive me if I want to get a head start on complaining instead.

Haha yes, but the word confirmation means without a doubt. I just see calling it confirmed as jumping the gun. We’re all just waiting to go jump in and test it. No point in speculating at this point without any concrete facts. And we can’t call assumptions facts.
Haha, you’ll get to do plenty of it if there’s no scaling.

So what’s another three hours. Like I said in another thread they’ll get to Fl4k in what I’m guessing with be another 2-4 months. So you’ll have all then to complain.
Zane got small buffs in hotfixes that people complained about, then a big patch with great buffs. Moze got small buffs in hotfixes that people complained about, then a big patch with great buffs. Fl4k will follow the same thing. In 2 months they will have a few small buffs in hotfixes and everyone will complain about the numbers not being enough, then a big patch will come and bring big fixes.

I would agree if it weren’t for the fact that, categorically, FL4K’s pets have received no attnetion at all since November when they were buffed for M3. An aspect of our character wasn’t even buffed for M4, and we’re just going to wait months until GB buffs them again for M10?
This isn’t a live service game, I didn’t sign up for flavor of the moth patches when I bought this game! The beastmaster’s pets have been a downgrade to every previous pet class since release, and for some reason we’ve needed to wait 6 months already for fixes to bugs that cripple us. Why is it taking so long for the weakest part of FL4K’s kit to be buffed, and why should we be OK with this?

Because you said it yourself. this isn’t a live service game. BL2 had issues for years. Most of it was finally fixed and now I can play the same game now (10 years later) that I could 5 years ago. In a few years there likely won’t be any issues and you can play BL3 for another decade til BL4.
The only reason things seem like “Flavor of the Month” is because they are humans and have regular working hours and limited resources. They don’t have 1000 coders locked to desks tasked each with a different issue to solve. Plus they are also making more DLC and free content with that same team of humans.

BL2 may have taken that long to feel “complete” but it worked at release, or was fixed relatively quickly so that things that didn’t function were made to function. BL3 to this day has many day one issues that plague the game. These aren’t “broken” interactions that make us too powerful, these are interactions that straight up don’t work and hamper us.
If the Blast Master wasn’t providing bonus splash damage for 6 months, would you be OK with it still not being fixed after this long?

I played BL2 at release. I played Maya, Axton, and 1 month after launch I played Gaige. I know for a fact you are looking at BL2 with rose covered glasses. The game was filled with issues at launch most of it took over a year to fix. Even more of it was fixed 2 or even 3 years after launch.
