Got my HC skins back, still missing my BAR for BL2

I logged into all my characters and I am still missing my BAR on BL2. I submitted a ticket yesterday when I noticed my skins and BAR were gone, my controls set to default, a golden key, etc. I did what I was instructed to do from the ticket response. what do I do now? was it because I played a bit yesterday when my BAR was messed up and I completed more challenges? or that I didnt know the exact amount of BAR I had?

ticket was sent through shift. I dont know if its even safe to play the game now, and thats got me a bit frustrated.
