Has anyone seen this before?
It happens on all of my characters, different perks for each character. I have no idea how it happened or why but it started back in November. Everything I’ve found kept referring to the negative points that happened back then, never specifically this. Any help would be much appreciated.
You can turn on/off single perk, just select it and press triangle.
if you played offline and leveled up there was a glitch offline letting you get a lot of xp. when u join back online it will set ur xp to the correct amount, lowering it and making it negative since u were rewarded early-er than you were supposed to be.

When I read this my jaw dropped. All this time and I didn’t slow down enough to read. I. Am. Dumb.
What I have found is when you have earned a Guardian Rank Perk on one Vault Hunter, by default it will show up as disabled on your other Vault Hunters. All you have to do is enable on that Vault Hunter and you are good to go.
Basically unlocking the perk it is enabled on the VH you unlock it on. On your other VHs it is disabled by default until you enable it.
