Guardian Ranks - Anyone tried creating a new profile

I have seen the odd post where some one has claimed certain GR Perks are working if you have (had) not specced into them yet.

I unlocked ADS in Fight-For-Life, but when downed ADS is not working.

Has anyone who has started a new profile / playthrough noticed if any of them work when starting from fresh ?

I’m going to test it out… Will let you all know in half hour or so.

Well, that was a waste of time. It seems the GR are now saved in our character.sav file instead of profile. So deleting profile.sav resets everything BUT the Guardian Ranks.

So initial question remains. If anyone has started a new character & profile since this patch, can you confirm whether or not they work.
