[Guide] Top Gear for Nisha

Could be, but it’s not as clear cut as some other cases.
The accuracy prefix is great, the vertical grip is still interesting and the reload speed prefix is also good… and you could make a case for all of them.

by this i assume you mean critical? or is there a designated accuracy bonus?

there is, and it’s MASSIVELY underrated IMO.

The prefix on Torgue is potent and Huntin’ on Jakobs. It increases accuracy (much more than the crit accessory) and fire rate (nearly as much as the vertical grip does). The cost is decreased damage, but on the most inaccurate shotguns, it pays for itself with better shot placement and/or more pellets hitting on average.

sounds good. from a SG that suffers from bad accuracy and firerate, it seems like a good choice. the decreased damage might be a little bad, but on a torgue, it shouldn’t be too bad.

Exactly. It’s my favorite prefix on Bandit/Scav shotguns, and it’s a tossup with Torgue ones.

Um I think it also increases bullet speed iirc, but i might be confusing it with the pistol’s one

The info graphic doesn’t say it does. So I think you might be confused like you said.

I guess i was misremembering an old topic about tourgue stuff and the accuracy prefix, but i guess it was talking about pistols

I’d go critical (Juicy) or “better overall” (Sinewy).

The base fire rate is just enough for the vertical grip to affect it, but not quite for the accuracy accessory to do so too. In this case, I like the Sinewy more I think.

Soooooo what’s the verdict on the Thunderfire?

i like it. i think it deserves a TG spot because of its mobbing capability. i don’t think its the best laser, but its very good ammo wise and damage wise.

Very Good Gear For Nisha, Idk everything melts fast with Nisha, but you’re still spending like 8-10+ ammo per mob because of the consumption, sure it’s laser ammo which is plentiful but even in your half-run of pandora you ran yourself pretty low (like 1300 to 200 ammo in a not even full Pandora run is pretty big).

Better ammo consumption than the Mining Laser though.

That’s not even in the question , you’re basically comparing an SMG to a Sniper

I’m comparing lasers. And whether you want to or not you are spending 7-14 per mobb and non cryo versions of the ML burn ammo like paper on UBAs.

As opposed to the TFire which took 60-80+ Ammo to kill trojans? It’s not really ammo efficient at all and at the end of the day i’d rather take a mali splitter or a blaster or a rosie if I’m going to blow through my ammo mobbing.

Run a fire ML on Pandora and report back.

Let’s run fire pitchforks in light mobbing to test its power its a dumb test that proves nothing,
