Are you wearing any gear that adds +shield capacity?
I mean as a guide for zane, snowdrift is #1. Icebreaker is #2 I wrote that in a previous post. Iāve also put out multiple guides on easy weapons to use with slide speed, torgue stickies, hive, carrier. So all we were discussing was putting it onto the list which it previously was not on the list.
Alright,the artifact does say + 1666 max shield. 
I still find it weird that the Rough Rider itself has no recharge rate. After breaking the Rough Rider via Infiltrator/Barrier,The shield would stay at zero,still not triggering Calm Cool Collected. Also I was not specād in Ready for Action. Nor anything that gave a recharge rate.
Any who,I finally acquired Band of Sitorak and Big Boom Blaster.
I have 1.89% shield delay in Guardian rank.
At what point can your Guardian ranks cancel out your Ready for Actions etc?
Might be worth calling out good shields for Distributed Denial.
- Stop-Gap gives you an extra 5 second window after barrier falls to proc CCC
- Big Boom Blaster will rain boosters
- (Iāve heard) Impaler makes you quite the hedgehog

Beautiful formatting and great info. Only thing Iād like to add is for the Stuffed Lump and Scourge. The dramatically decreeased projectile speed when the Clone uses them make them extremely more potent and make them a must have in a Doubled Barrel build, which I consider a category in and of itself.
That kinda falls under the thing I mentioned at the start of the playstyles section;
I did end up adding the Face-puncher to the list specifically for clone use at the request of others, but that is due to some extent in the support capabilities it provides in combination with certain relics.

I have a suggestion, the Conference Call shotgun. Iām using a fire one with SNTNL 100% cyro on a Seein Dead full up time build and it procs the skills nicely.
So I got my hands on a high-pellet count Tidal Wave (x25, 2-round mag) with the Barrier anoint for critlcal damage/accuracy, and I must say Iām rather surprised at the results. Asides from patching up the abysmal spread, the anoint pumps the damage way up. On a bog standard Seeinā Dead build with a Jakobs crit anoint, Iāve been seeing some big numbers:
Maybe it has the potential to make the list somewhere with the right build? Spit-balling here, would be nice to see the Tidal Wave be more than just a meme.
I have a Hellwalker build I can slot it into if you are willing to loan it to me. I can take it for a test drive and report back.

Iāve finished testing and the verdict is that itās no longer a meme but itās still not that usable.
The issue with it is projectile speed. Enemies are able to walk faster than the projectiles travels. So unless you are point blank and/or the enemy is not moving you canāt hit anything with it. But! When it does hit though it HITS like fecking tank!

Iāve watched the footage and it only hits truly hard with ASE elemental anointments. It does good damage at M4 without elemental anointment but with it it turns into a beast! Though there is still the problem of projectile speed.

Well it definitely isnāt lacking for damage, I saw shots over half a million damage in that video. Shame it canāt spawn with the anointment for increased projectile speed, hopefully GB will speed up those blobs and tighten the spread pattern a bit in the future. It might work in a one-two combo where you freeze something and then shred the head with TK, Deterrence Field was helping with lining those shots too. I noticed you werenāt aiming down sights very often, it helps tighten up the spread on it and makes it slightly usable beyond point blank.
It takes too long when you consider that you have to reload on every shot. So not only do you have to wait on the reload animation you also have to wait for the ADS animation and return to neutral animation. Those are DPS killers.
True. Tidal Wave can thankfully spawn with other magazines (up to 8 rounds), so that helps address that.
If it did then it would lose the accuracy and crit buffs, which are the sole source of its current effectiveness 
What we really need is an Executor com with shotgun/weapon dmg or Jakobs crit /projectile speed. But Iāve never seen an Executor com with projectile speed.
Thereās only Torgue Projectile Speed boosts, but there is Jakobs Accuracy. I might be able to get a hold of an Executor with Jakobs Acc if you want to give it a second go. May also have an artifact with a mag size boost to help make that Wave a two-shot.

On a different note, are there any purple items or uniques anyone feels could make the list? We arenāt lacking any Vitamin C in the list as it stands.
