OP8.

Cleared the Beatdown like a hot knife through butter.

Cleared a really intense Lynchwood
where the baddies kept spawning
and spawning
and spawning
equally fast.

Absolutely INSANE FIRE RATE. Burned ammo like no tomorrow
killed baddies FAST!

Best tactics were only two turrets out at a time and when those ran dry the other two were employed
and vice versa.

Heck, it was almost like the old days
Fire and Manuever
Bounding Overwatch
only the Overwatch was laying down an insane fire hose!

FUN!!

Did not fare as well on the Dragons as that fight has virtually no kill skills. Although Adabiviak and I were able to take them down in two-palyer using Auto Gunner Coms.

I’d conclude Auto Gunner is a great Mobbing method and fun as hell!! The more Commando’s the better!!

I took a second here and there to watch the turret fire
 so crazy. Vladof would be proud.

I got our completion of the Dragons on Shadowplay, but I’m not sure how entertaining it would be to post. It’s half an hour of running around like mad men trying not to get hit, interrupted by brief moments of concentrated fire (at like 20FPS) whenever one of them would land. :laughing:

Also - who gave me their DPUH? I still have it if you want it back.

Don’t worry about it. With this build i can just ran the bar brawl for an hour tops and i’ll get enough tokens to get another :stuck_out_tongue:

I’d also be interested in seeing the video, if you decide to post it. It sounds like you fellas had a lot of fun with 4 Commandos.

When I was testing the Sabre Turret’s fire rate with the Gunner Com way back, we only had three people total, so I would definitely want to see what the turret would look like with 4 people in a game. I did watch a video yesterday of one Krieg teaming up with 3 Gunner Axtons, and the fire rate looked absolutely ridiculous! I didn’t even realize that Krieg would be able to throw his buzz axe faster with the Gunner Com, either.

It was only @johnrr6 and I by the time we defeated them. I Handbraked the video down to the 25 core minutes of combat, which I’ll see about uploading today. The fire rates aren’t off the chart with just two Gunner Commandos though.

Would be fun to see. It sounds a bit like the Maya Chain Reaction vs. Bunker video I saw once - when you aren’t limited by the 30 FPS limit on old consoles, it’s amazing what can happen.

I was having a lot of fun with that Torgue Lance in the Beatdown and Lynchwood with the insane fire rates from four Gunner Commandos
 it was seriously shooting like a Dahl assault rifle in burst mode, except the entire magazine was the burst.

It’s an OP3 slag gemstone (emerald) Dahl sniper rifle with a Maliwan barrel from Buttstallion.

This is my Dahl-only Commando, with whom I usually play at OP3, so when I hopped in with these guys, I bought a Torgue Lance and @BreadAss1, let me borrow that DPUH at OP8 so I could actually damage something. I just brought this rifle out to conserve other ammo and convince the dragons to land.
