Jacks knowledge could be from any message the eridian had left for him. Maybe there are two rivaling groups of eridians. The ones that used Jack to open the vault of the destroyer and that one the eridian of TPS’s ending Is from. Maybe the eridian at the very beginning of TPS and that one that saves Athena aren’t the same.
I know, thats just speculation, but what if Jack was nothing more than a tool to get a war started?

i was thinking this myself. i definitely dont think that the eridians came to a consesus on how to deal with the vaults, or else why woudnt they just destroy them all if they think they are bad.
i do have a theory about the seraph “power” from bl2, and that perhaps the vaults’ true existence is to contain this corrupting force (look what it did to the guardians) which is the real threat to the universe. tps lends creedence to this theory, because why would zarpedon be so adamant on the destruction of the elpis vault if its only danger is the discovery of the vault of tge warrior. she could have just saved herself the time and used the laser to destroy that vault. but if the very act of opening a vault is a threat to the galaxy, that is a reason to want to keep anyone from getting to it.

and the more i think about, siren dimensional powers are kind of taken for granted. like, this is an entire other universe that only six people in this “universe” (i use quotation because the likely hood of there being six in the entire universe, and atleast four of them being in the same galaxy, hell, the same quadrant of a galaxy. is not very high) access to, which i undoubtedly linked to their connections with eridians and the vault.
what if eridians also can, by nature, access this dimension. the one known eridian has telekinetic powers, so i wouldnt put it past them.
and what does this dimension/dimensions mean for the “human dimension”, for lack of better term haha. they are obviously closesly linked since lilith can peak in on the human dimension while shes phase walking, and maya’s imobolizes people in a “siren dimension” while leaving them entirely tangible within their original dimension.

Angel should have been in her early 20’s at the point of death. I’d guess, she was 23 at the moment of borderlands 2. Jack should be in his late 40’s, say 48. But maybe he is/was just a really young dad, who knows?
Does anyone know something more concrete about Jacks/Angels age?

19? At the start of borderlands or TPS, but not at the start of BL2. If she was 19 at the events of BL2, she would have been 14 at the events of borderlands or TPS. I mean, a 14 year old girl showed us the way to the destroyer? Don’t get me wrong, but Angel isn’t Tina!

exactly! i dont understand how people can think ange. was 14 in bl1. in my opinion she seems to well composed, and her voice sounds like that of a girl who has already gotten through the nitty gritty of puberty haha

Height, fore-arm length, how many heads she is tall, the size of her hip to her shoulder, and her waist line and other stuff. If we could take a look at her bones we would know for sure.

We only need her proportions to know this. Lilith is 27 years old. Angel is most definitely younger than she is.
you cant accurately judge her based on proportiond without comparison to other people from the same universe, and even still a persons stature is not a clear cut guide to their age. i would trust the timber of her voice over her proportions. especially since she has been locked in a chamber since a very young age

Yep, i’m just seeing what everybody says. I’ve already started writing my piece. I was looking to see what people would say, and if i could discredit what they are saying to further my point. They say Technology manipulation, but they dont ever say how. And i’m making it into a new thread, so it is easier for everyone.
alright, well this is merely speculation, but i think she shifts into a tron-like cyber dimension which allows her to basically mess with the coding, or the dimensional equivalent, of technology she can interface with. as i said however, thats only speculation
