Let me start by saying, I’m loving the hardcore spotlight. I think it’s a fantastic addition. I wanted to get the hardcore levels done, but I rarely group up with people (my choice I realize), I don’t enjoy playing missions solo, and am usually happy to just auto-queue for a group, so this works out perfect for me!
With regards to the weekend events (double xp, double credits, lootpocalypse (although this was extended) it seems that every event that occurs always takes place on the weekend.
Would it be possible to have some of these events disbursed throughout weekdays and weekends?
I (and I can only assume many others) generally have very busy weekends with friends, family events, birthdays, weddings, travel, etc. I actually find my weekends to be far busier than many evenings.
I can only presume that these bonus events take place on the weekends as I would guess your stats say that is when the most people are on and likely because the perception would be that people generally have more time over the weekend as many people work or have school during the weekdays.
However, I would submit that if some of these events took place during the week as well, you may see an influx of players during evening hours and possibly even weekday hours as well. I mean, generally if people have time on the weekend, they are likely to put in a few games regardless of any bonus events. Having some events during the week, may help to draw players to more sparse hours during the week.
