how do you preload the game on steam? I have my key but I am not seeing where to download game

After you register your key it should show up in your library. To register your key, goto Games->Activate a Product on Steam and past your code. You should then see the BB CTT and be able to download it.

My team is unable to play. While trying to coop the server times out and some of us are unable to open menus, which state “you are currently in the battleborn closed technical test queue. Sit tight this may take a while.”
