Help Can't get into A New Direction UVM XBOX One Mission

Please help, I can’t get to the A New Direction mission, Reach Crisis Scar in UVM on XBOX One. This mission isn’t checked as being completed, nor can I access the mission by claptrap. Please send an invite if you are doing the mission. UNITY860
