I don’t understand how to kill Dukino’s mom. I have played through Borderlands 2 at least 3 times but have never completed this mission. Its starting to get crazy and just upsetting me. Anyone have tips/ tricks on how to do it. Her long range stock attack is devastating for me level 30 Zer0. If any of those hit me I go down straight away. I am able to dodge 90% of them but if just one hits me I go down and have to start over again. Thanks for any suggestions

Stay in the elevator. You can duck behind it and block most of her attacks. Also use corrosive weapons.

Have you tried using a Grounded Bee? grants immunity to shock.

This is a method I use occasionally, also can jump from the elevator to the beams around the top of the door.

Also your L30. What Level is Dukino’s mom? might also post what Build your using, so people can make suggestions, also look here for Ideas or helpful tips,

I am using a build through the sniper tree. Trying to max my crit hit damage which is tough for this fight since the crit spot is rarely open. As for the level Dukino’s mom is 32. I tried a bit when I was level 28 and she scaled up to 30 so I came back at 30 but now she has scaled up to 32. I think I will try the elevator idea. I might also go back and do some farming to get a better corrosive weapon. Any suggestions on where to go to get some better level 30 weapons to help. I farmed bunker a few times because it is so easy with bore but didn’t get anything useful as most of the drops were around level 24 to 26. Because I think my lack of gear is what is killing me.

I think 32 is as high as she goes in Normal. You could farm the vending machines in Sanctuary, if you could get a decent Vladof corrosive Pistol (TMP, Fighter, Anarchist, etc.) that may help you. I wouldn’t recommend farming BNK-3R specifically for a corrosive gun, first off it’s very stingy with drops to start with but the B*tch can spawn with any element I think, may not be worth the time. Assuming you’ve already opened up access to Saturn, he can drop the Blue rocket launcher called the Hive, which is always corrosive, it’s a pretty nice weapon for DM.

If you just want the thing killed and don’t care how you do it, I could jump in and do it for you. Your choice.

thanks for the help and for the offer. I will either kill the thing on my own or just give up. Its not like I need to kill this thing but I would like to be able to. This is the first boss I have really ever gotten stuck on and its just a bit annoying but not game breaking.
