With an ice breaker artifact I think all damage against frozen enemies is increased. I’m not sure if melee gets the triple bonus on top of that though.

Well ye with Ice Breaker, but I am asking about at base. In TPS Frozen folks receive extra damage from Melee and Explosion/Splash, was wondering if same here. Though I never thought about the combination of Ice Breaker and Melee. I don’t see why it wouldn’t stack.

explosion isnt an “element” in bl3 like the other games. its just splash damage and is not increased on frozen enemies
