HODOR /dae/ animation creation

Has anyone any info on creating new Anims for the new HODOR to HOD compiler tool.
From what I can see we simply add markers as usual in the dae file (or converted FBX) and code link an anim.
This is fine for stuff like weapon effects; but more than a few mod devs would love to make object anims; E.g the Balcora gate -I’m assuming a matrix transform script but stumpt on implementation.
