Homeworld Remastered registration in SHIFT not working?

Why when i put in beta for the shift registration for homeworld does it not work? I keep getting and error that i put it in wrong i tried both caplock and lowercase. Anyone else have an issue with this and might know the fix please help out?

The help desk got back to me after 2 days. Well see if anything they can do will help me with this process.
