I literally switched to support character for this reason, because there is always the chance of running into bad players and in the best case scenario you might run into good players - play support and make the bad players better and the good ones great. This is a team sport ao having teammates that sharpen each other is just good strategy.
Your complaint about team death match is actually a strategy in itself - a dead and respawning enemy gives you a chance for big pushes and the like.
One thing I donāt like is when folks complain about their frustrations and blame everyone else for them. Cool off, it isnāt that serious.
Can we stop responding to this over dramatic thread. If people quit a game because other people acted like idiots then 99% of objective shooters would be dead.
gonna have to end up picking your brain on a deande build and strategy. i pretty much refuse to play galilea, weāve been down that road before, and they nerfed ambra to the point of not even being viable. so it looks like with each update i am being forced from one character to the next. ive seen one really good deande, so there is maybe hope?

Did that solo playing Thorn, greatly surprising myself by doing so. The trick is Thumper Turrets. Lots of them. And Thorn (or someone else who can get round the map quickly). If youāre on XB1 and want to buddy up, let me know.
Iām having so much fun playing the story solo. And i havent even done the pvp yet. Im glad they made this game completely playable solo. And im definitely not regretting my purchase. Only thing i can say is i wish there were more story missions.

There are LOTS of crystals large and small along the way, and the small ones seem to respawn periodically? My loadout had stuff to provide health regen, shield penetration, and melee bonus IIRC. A crystal gain thing is pretty good too. One thing Iāve learned today is that you really need to make full use of all your abilities, even melee, if youāre going solo. Oscar Mikeās melee delivers quite a knock back and can dent shields considerably. Itās worth trying again, anyway: I failed The Algorithm first time with Oscar Mike, but second time I totally owned the whole mission.
I believe I did type up a rather long post detailing my Deande build, it shpuld be somewhere in the Deande section. There were a few threads about her being weak and underpowered, which I personally disagree with. Are you on PS4?
As for the road weāve been down before, no hard feelings about that
I hear ya, Caldarius was one of my favorites, but because of the Renegade mission being close to impossible alone or with a pug. Iām forced to grind the first 2 missions to get high enough level to unlock him.
Iām thinking of just waiting til Gearbox fixes the Renegade mission or another game comes along to fill the void. Thursday is the beta for Overwatch, guess Iāll be playing that sooner than I thought.
Iām kinda getting use to regretting the games Iāve pre-ordered. Alien: CM with season pass, the Division Deluxe edition and now Battleborn Deluxe edition.
The Renegade can be done solo with a char like Thorn or OM, you need a lot of AoE to play that mission solo, Orendi and Rath are good at clearing waves but they lack the AoE that is great for defense missions. Run Napalm on OM or buff Thornās Blight and you can defend for days, especially since they have short cooldowns. If you have any cooldown gear, activate it as early as possible. Fighting waves of brutes solo is hellish thoughā¦
I use Oscar Mike and it is the boss spawning in right on the thing you have to protect that gets me every time. I canāt play Thorn at all, as crazy as it sounds her holding the bow with her right arm drives my OCD nuts.

I had not even noticed until you said that. Guess sheās a lefty, then?
i will have to check that out once i am actually able to join my friends and clear that mission. currently xbone is unable to join friends, at least for me (open nat all the way around). definitely no hard feelings for the prior dispute. i have switched from ambra back to my original love of phoebe. ambra is really just ok right now. she is not so good support, an average attacker, and pretty squishy, minus the flame shield. so she is actually WAY worse than miko in every measurable category other than MAYBE escape. i have been doing better on phoebe. just went 10-5, 11-2, 13-1 completely solo. played with a deande on the last one that went 14-0⦠definitely someone i want to investigate
