How best to handle a Bloodletter Mod?

Get a artifact that has health regen and pray your Bloodletter mod has health regen as well, assuming it can?

? the health regens are like 150 health/sec on mayhem 3+ this will not do u any good

Then is a Bloodletter not worth it? I’m just asking because at least with a CM and artifact with health regen that then gives shield regen due to the Bloodletter mod being nerfed a while back.

there is a skill in the demolition woman tree called vampyr this is the only way to use the bloodletter mod u have to combine it with vampyr…

U honestly just need a deathless artifact and a transformer shield and a tedior shock and just use that to give full shields
