Oh, you meant āknowing Kittyās nameā
I thought there was something about MY name that was funny with that quote.

Itās just a spin on my favorite brand of dip and chew, Stokerās.
I really love MacCready.
Viking age berserkers were said to have worked themselves into such a frenzy that they would chew on the edge of their shields, and so would often be referred to as āshield bitersā. Itās pretty much my screen name on everything lol
I never did get back with the meaning of my name and all of that, did I?
Nope, I don“t remeber so, but I really love your username, reminds me of a MtG-creature^^
I remember watching an anime called Kaleido Star and was somewhat inspired by that. For a while I was using the name Kaleidomorph in other chats and forums, but when I decided to come back to the Gearbox forums for Borderlands 2 I wanted to use a new name. I had lost the memory unit with my old Gamertag on it (didnāt know at the time you could recover the profile) and so I decided to create a new one.
Unfortunately I screwed up registering my Gamertag so I had the Kaleidomorph Gamertag but it was not connected to my gaming profile on my Xbox 360. I didnāt have the money to spend to rename that Gamertag so I could reuse it when I tried again to link my accounts or whatever so I had to come up with a new name.
I did some research on words and word origins and after a while I decided on Kaleidodemon. It is pronounced like kaleidoscope but with demon instead of scope. The name roughtly translates to beautiful form spirit/diety. It somewhat represents who I am and who I aspire to be. I kept some of the kaleidoscopic meaning. A mirrored view of the world. A fragmented view of the world. Distorted. Broken. Chaotic and colorful. Iāve sort of attached to the name the colorful and prismatic fractals that people makes as well, even though thatās not so much what the name means. That part comes more from me and from other sources I donāt have the patience to explain.
There may have been more but I donāt really remember at this time.
I allways though it was Kaleidode-mon, didnāt realise it was Kaleido-demonā¦
Coolest Pokemon/Digimon ever! Next to Psyciccharizard of course.
I have people call me Kaleidodemon, Kaleido, Kaleid, Kalei, Kale, Kal and sometimes Demon. Occassionally I get someone calling me Kaleido-mon like I am a Pokemon or Digimon. Sometimes I do get people calling me Kalei-dode-mon, Kale-idode-mon, Kalei-demon and other weird combinations.
My username here is just my name⦠I suppose that means I should be a good forum member and nice to everybody in case someone tracks me down and gets revenge.
My Steam ID is āyouāre not thinking creativelyā in reference to this, but also because it abbreviates to āyouāre not thinā in Team Fortress. It used to be snood, which is what my family and close friends call me, but I found when I started playing online games it was oddly hurtful to get salt directed toward āsnoodā, so I went for something less intimate. Might change it againā¦
Work is slow so Iām poking around threads outside my usual BL2 haunts
Anyway, my name came from a 311 lyric, not a fan of theirs nowadays (no hate to any who may like them, just not my thing anymore) but I grew into it as I got older and developed a love of P-Funk (RIP Bernie), Sly, Bootsie, etc.
So.
Since I seem to be back to posting on here a lot again due to Battleborn, I decided to start a thread that Iāve made on a couple forums - what is the origin of your username on here, or online user names you commonly use?
The username I used exclusively for years on forums before this one was LostMyHeadache, which was an excerpt from the title of one of my favourite songs, I Think I Lost My Headache, by one my all time favourite bands, QueensOfTheStoneAge, from their second full length album, R (as in Rated R).
It was also my very first PSN ID and the one I used for years until I had too many Borderlands and Demonās / Dark Soils characters on it so I had to start s second main one, FlamesForAll.
FlamesForAll, the user name I signed up for these forums with, is both the title and name of the title track of my favourite album, Flames For All, by another of my all time favourite bands, Fatso Jetson.
They are INCREDIBLY obscure, but soooo good!
Here are images of both bands and respective album covers as well as hopefully song links:

I REALLY like music, you guyz!
Anyways, greatly looking forward to all your replies!
I wanted a name that wasnāt taken. This was almost fifteen years ago⦠No, longer.
I was a young warthog, and I had discovered the south park movie in someoneās room. I watched it before ever having seen the show. Kenny is my favorite.
then I saw the show⦠And they just kept killing him! So. I made an homage to Kenny. And it has been my name ever since. Except when I made a profile years ago, and donāt know which email itās on, and I have to create a new one. Then I just throw some numbers on there.
If ever you see a Kennysded, on any online thing, itās probably me
feel free to tell me how horrible I am.
And itās not like anyone will ever actually see this since itās the bottom of a 300+ post thread.
Someone saw it. Quick, hide!
Hooo damn. Now my name will be stolen when I try to make an account somewhere
My last name is stout. Hense the stouty part. The 22 comes from 7th grade math where I first started rebelling against the man. My teacher gave us a project that I felt was a pointless waste of my time. So he called me 22( my class number) the rest of the year instead of my name. I guess he was upset that I didnāt like his teaching or something. Either way what started as a insult turned into a life long nickname online. The stouty part was just a normal in real life nick name I got in highschool.
According to Google, definition of āstoutā:
