How do I change my username for the forums?

Anyone know how to change usernames on the forums? I’m not seeing any option for it

Theres no option for members to change it themselves, but if you say what name you want I (or any other mod) can change it for you

Just the same as my profile name: Ohio9. Why even bother giving a name option if the Username is still going to appear?

Well, I think the “name”-option was ment for real name or for personal synonymes, but most people use it for a tagline, as my “Yo Way Yo”. I´m not involved in this websites design though.

How does one change their username?

As the title suggests I would like to change my username on the forums, but I cannot find a way to do so. I accidentally filled out the fields incorrectly and now my username is stuck as “des1” which was not my intention. I found one post saying to change it on my shift account and that the change would carry over, however this does not appear to have worked. Any assistance would be appreciated.
