Just curious to see how Deande feels about not being the only rogue-ish Battleborn come Thursday? 
Well Deande brings a lot of utility to the team where Pendles only has 1 job and that’s assassinate squishy characters. From looking at his skill tree he really is a one trick pony like Rath. He can get up to 85% damage on his Injection when hitting someone from behind and should be invisible 99% of the time played if played right. Deande has better mobility, great wave clear, a wound at level 3 and a big aoe stun. Pendles just has high single target damage, constant invisibility, a blind and a 10 second wound at level 10.

I was checking that out a few minutes ago, I’m looking forward to getting a feel for his playstyle.
Assassins always have a special place in my heart. I love how he will be a master of surprise attacks and destroying unsuspecting victims.

Same here man, just from checking out his helix tree you can tell he’s going to be a lot of fun to play. I could totally see a Pendles/Deande combo ripping people apart.
Deande sends a holotwin pendles injects them from behind and deande comes in to assist in the beat down
Exactly, i’m curious as to what the actual slow % from injection is?
It says heavy slow and the only other skill that says that is Attikus’s ult when at max stacks. So it should bring them to a crawl if you haven’t used the new Attikus yet.
Gotcha, yeah i’ve really only played with the rogues aside from Boldur.
Hm so there IS different types of slows then, kind of off topic but what is the slow boots of the brute apply?
Back on topic: As a Deande main I do feel a little jealous of his abilities and his passive!

Just from reading he’s probably going to be the squishiest character to date and Injection won’t do as much damage as Burst Dash unless they are below 50% hp so she should still have the higher burst. The only downside to him is he’s a one trick pony like Rath only being able to get his burst in then leaving until it’s off cooldown. Deande brings more utility to the team and really shouldn’t be compared to him.
This is pure speculation but I can already tell he’s going to have a really bad early game since he’s not exactly your minion killing expert. His late game kill potential however is going to be through the roof so I assume that’s going to be the trade off. The most he can probably do is run into the middle of the minion wave and pop a smoke bomb to tag them. He will certainly be the bane of all Marquis mains out there.
Can’t wait to try him in 2 days.

Would like to see if the double assassin combo with Deande will be viable or not
Feels like there are only Miko, Phoebe, Marquis, Reyna, Attikus and now Pendles who have acces to stronger slow with or without helix
Well I thought Deande’s mutation silent stake applied a strong slow…maybe not?
