You’ll want to file a support ticket and use SHIFT as the game and game issue. Once you get the right shift account linked to your platforms, then we can sort out the accounts on the forums.

They’ve already replied to me (AMAZING) and they have sorted me out so that I have ONE account with the correct username and it is assigned to all of my correct profiles.
Can we now work out what we can do with my accounts here to get it so that I have access to only my correct username “Saxonous” with the correct email and everything?

Can you sign in to your saxonus account ok, and does it have the correct email associated with it? If you need to change the email on that and can’t do it through the profile settings yourself, you’ll need help from one of the admins - moderators can’t do that.

I do not believe I know my login info for the account with the correct username on here… It was autosigned in on my phone and now it isn’t 
This account I am replying with now has the correct email address! So my other account (with the name I want) must have my older email that I don’t have access too anymore!
What do you suggest?
If it is to contact an admin. Do you have a way that I can please?

I think, under the circumstances, that the easiest thing might be to change your current account user name to something as close as possible to the original, and suspend the other account.

It would be worth a go if possible to try and get my account names sorted as all of my account names across everything is the same. Any recommendations of ways to contact an admin or a thread for things like this higher up?
Reply back to your last ticket on the SHIFT account issue, and ask if they can forward to someone for the Forums.
Hey there, I don’t know if it changes anything from your end but I have managed to get access to my “Saxonous” account right now and am posting from it BUT it wasn’t because I knew the details… I was automatically logged in on my phone. Is there anyway now that I am able to get my username changed from this account to my one @Saxonous that I have been replying to you with?
The email on this account is wrong… hence why I don’t normally have access to it but the username on this account is the one I want

OK, looks like that is all resolved: you have a working @Saxonous account with the correct email, and a disabled @Old_Saxonous account for the old email you can’t access.
Time to break out the mead and party like it’s 450 CE!

Hi can someone help me change my username to Sentinel_VX to match my IGN? I haven’t touched my shift account for longtime and want to make it consistent with my IGN.
All done - keep the wound clean and dry for a few days, and it should heal up nicely.
