How does the scaling feel now?

I’ve been taking a little break from BL3, playing Horizon Zero Dawn until the new DLC drops with Phase 2, but I’m still generally keeping an eye on things. Anyway, how does the scaling feeling after yesterday’s patch? Is your average legendary worth using again on higher Mayhem levels?

Its bad and the wewpons they buffed are still bad to me. U kess ur Amara in captain planet mode.
