Ghost is well-memed but I recommend Ghosts Can’t Do It, a bizarre 1989 flick starring Bo Derek and her husband, who (in the film) has a heart attack which means he can’t have sex, so commits suicide and returns as a ghost, then persuades his wife to seduce and kill a young man in order to possess his body and thus… do it. The most important thing is it has a cameo by Donald Trump.
