I recently had an issue of not getting my master of Miko skin and title and I sent a support ticket about the issue. Someone from 2k answered and told me about clearing cache, which I don’t think worked, and how to take screenshots on my xbox. Problem is, how and where do I submit my screenshots to Gearbox to show them evidence of my glitch/bug? Is there a special place to submit the screenshots at?
Easiest method is to reply to the email requesting the snapshot, and attach it to that.
I think if you actually sign in to the zendesk thing and check your ticket there, there’s an option to upload screenshots (I know it’s an option when filing a new ticket). It’s been a while since I had to do that though.
