How to upload Screenshots for Support Tickets?

I want to submit a ticket for the “Coopetition” Title, but I have no idea how to provide the screenshot proof that they require since I have no idea how to get the screenshot from my PS4 onto my computer to upload for the ticket. When I press share on the PS4 it only gives me a bunch of social media options that I just don’t have or want to have.

So, how can I give GBX the screenshots? I really want that glitched title already, 2 instances of me being supposed to getting it and not.

You have to load the images from the folder on your PS4 to a USB and transfer it to your computer manually. There should be a copy to USB option with the Capture Gallery app.
