No, because you need whites and the cost is so much higher.
And for whatever reason, shard generators seem rather rare in loot packs in general. Or maybe my luck is just that bad.

I was so excited until I saw the negative stats. I was hoping to put one in my Reyna Healing Loadout.
Iād give that a try on Mellka. She doesnāt depend on skills for damage and I donāt think it will impact the healing.

I was pretty sure skill damage only affected reynas priority target and not her heals at all. Thatās the current generator I am using on Reyna atm for homing plasma pulses and itās been great. Even used the -skill damage on my whiskey load out till I got the heal power one for him lol
@tverse, what Misguided said. The skill damage doesnāt take the hit, form what I understand. Only her priority target gets hit, and honestly it doesnāt lose that much.
I didnāt test it out, but did a little bit of reading on the Reyna subforum. Vital Protocol seems to be affected by -Skill Damage.
Makes no sense but anything is possible. This is one of those times I desperately wish we had a combat log.

Iāve noticed the Health number goes up on Vital Protocol when I have +Heal Power gear equipped, so Itās kind of strange that -Skill Damage would also affect Vital Protocol.
Let us know what you find.

Just guessing here, did not test: -Skill Damage probably affects the explosion helix Vengeance Protocol. Whoever posted that it affected the healing seemed to just be reading off the ingame descriptors and not actually testing it out.
Oh thank godā¦ I would have felt so bad if skill had affected vital protocol. I will be the first to say I am not the best support by any means(I play combat Miko over heal forever Miko). I loved Reyna as she was a support that could get in there and secure kills so I ran AD and AS instead of straight heal power
One of the cool things about this game is that whites and greens are really useful, whereas in most games you donāt even look at them after playing for a few hours. I think a zero cost shard generator is on par with a legendary. I got lucky and a got a minus heal power one from a white loot pack and a minus reload speed one from a random PVE mission. Still looking for a minus shield stat one or a minus recoil, but those two are in most of my PvP kits. I do keep buying white loot packs for zero cost gear and the price is right on thoseā¦
Iāve got -reload. Been looking for -healing for weeks.
-reload is the one I need! -heal power is great but the reload one is the only type that fits ambra perfectly!
