I don't understand M4-Are There hidden modifiers?

Enemies are pure bulletsponges on M4. It takes 5 Magazines of my Lyuda and 15 of my Conference Call to take down a simple enemy.

The negative modifier list only +40% Enemy Weapon Damage…Nothing about increased enemy health and shield. Are there hidden modifiers we just don’t know about?

Can someone help me understand ?

Check the base health, armor, shield modifiers. They’re way higher than M3

Thanks man, thought I was going crazy. Jeez that 1000% shield and armor enemy increase is a real kick in the groin.

because rn now, one mag from a torgue purple AR, when used wisely, can take out 2 maliwan grunts for me
