I haven't been able to get past character selection because of "Fatal Error"?

Everything goes fine until I select my character and what not then the game freezes and comes up with this message...

I don’t know what it means and I don’t know how to fix it anyone that can help?

I’d always try a total re-install, if you haven’t already. Not an expert by any means, but those codes all say it is unable to find some files.
