# I need some turret damage datapoints

EDIT:

ok Base Bullet damage vs same level formula seems to be (For PC)

14.48 * 1.13 ^ LvL for NVHM and TVHM with an extra * 1.1 in UVHM

1.1 *14.48 * 1.13 ^ 55 = 13227.435 // 13227.5 my data point (rounded)
1.1 *14.48 * 1.13 ^ 56 = 14947.001 // 14946.998 my data point
1.1 *14.48 * 1.13 ^ 57 = 16890.11185 // 16890.10742 my data point

blstats solved this (and a LOT of other things ) first
EDIT:

The damage number should be read on a Axton with only 1 skill point set into his action skill vs health of an enemy of equal level to the Axton youā€™re doing the test with:

Hereā€™s some of mine:

UVHM: 55 vs 55 13227.5
UVHM: 56 vs 56 14946.99805 ( = lvl 55 UVHM * 1.13)
UVHM: 57 vs 57 16890.10742 ( = lvl 56 UVHM * 1.13)

Of particular interest are:

the lvl 30 damage vs lvl 30 enemy health on NVHM and TVHM and
the lvl 50 damage vs lvl 50 enemy health on TVHM and UVHM and
(I know the turret gets a damage boost from TVHM to UVHM, I would like to know how much)

lvl 5 damage vs lvl 5 enemy on NVHM
lvl 6 damage vs lvl 6 enemy on NVHM // I might end up creating a new char and doing these 2 myself ā€¦

The purpose of those is of course the formula for his base damage per bullet and per rocket depending on his level and difficulty.

Sort of like for most vault hunters base melee damage = 20 * LvL ^ 1.13

(no need for all the decimals, just read and report the damage pop-up for 1 turret ā€˜bulletā€™)

Thereā€™s an amazing website for that : http://www.blstats.com/skilldamage.php

It hasnā€™t been updated for the new level cap but itā€™s still accurate for the most part. Hope that helps !

14.9 K for UVHM 56 vs 56 (14946.99805 plausible but I would need the decimals to make sure they have it right )

So far Iā€™ve used the data in there for theorycrafting and I think itā€™s all spot-on. Canā€™t tell you how they got the numbers otherwise someone will remove this post in a heartbeat ā€¦

Remember PC and console damage is different.

PC and PS3/Xbox 360 are the same. PS4 and Xbone are increased from PC for some reason.

Iā€™d base all numbers around the PC if i was the OP

These were numbers that I was hoping would be equalized in the last patch that came out alongside the Fight for Sanctuary DLC, but sadly no.

Great resource. Saved me a ton of work . My Deathrapā€™s melee datapoints value seem plausible too so I might also get a pretty accurate formula for his melee damage progression as well

EDIT:

his base melee damage vs equal level enemy is
36 * 1.13 ^ LvL

36 * 1.13 ^ 61 = 62242.575282 // 62242.55434 my data point
36 * 1.13 ^ 63 = 79477.5443776 // 79477.52344 my data point

It also clarified a big rocket pod issue for me. Scorched earth Rockets have both impact (same damage as bullet) and splash component (bullet * 1.2). This explains some strange numbers in the combat logs (explosive and slag types of damage get different damage multipliers vs slagged).
Should do my further rocked pod tests vs armor since non-elemental bullet damage will then separate from the explosive damage in the combat log.
