Well, it’s not as much healing as any max roll gear, the cost is more, and it only adds poison damage to the first tick. If it was Alani, great. But that feels inconsequential in the end to members. Ofc, probably just different playstyles. To each his (her) own.
Never stand still if you can help it - it may sound like a dumb or obvious suggestion, but even while latched onto a target, weave, orbit, jump ,scurry, whatever, just don’t stand still.
