Not a burden, but i also dont have room for it before DLC’s add more levels either =)
Indeed, neither do I. I want illumiated fists from the red tree and the cooldown reduction from the blue tree. Unless my class mod provides me with enough cooldown reduction in order to ensure I have a near 100% uptime on my skill related passives.
Watch the bahroo melee Amara video he had 25 stacks half the time it stacks really fast.
I have it in my melee build but have been struggling to get to it in my phasecaster/rush build or my dot elemental build.
I just rewatched it, and youre right, it does seem stacking happens at an alarmingly good rate
Sidenote:
Cant wait til this game is out, very very excited and honestly i cant remember the last time i had that feeling, feels good man
Gonna LAN like it was 1998 with this one !
I may toy with Mindfulness at 50 or maybe when they boost the level cap. My current build focuses on fleshing out the Mystical Assault tree first before diving into Brawl anyways.
See I see it as a non melee skill, its for if your shield gets broke you can move to cover faster for it to regen.
This is probably the best place for this, so I post it here:
I saw a Twitch Streamer called “MitsuShow” play (Proving Grounds) and somehow Amara’s “Catharsis” skill did damage to Amara!
I just hope that it’s a bug and not intended as I can’t think of a solid reason to let a nova skill that you get from killing an enemy that dies while suffering a DoT do damage to yourself, especially as Amara generally wants to be close to enemies.
Here is the video in question
I’d like to see this skill have a toggle option that either reverses the shield regen delay effect OR a one off skill that would reverse it for you. So you could make it take longer for your shield to regen.
It’s things like this that made me EXtrEMELY particular about how I chose Bad Ass Rank points in BL2, because I didn’t want my options for melee Krieg or melee Zero to become limited by a faster shield delay. And yet I really wanted to be able to have my other characters benefit from a smaller shield recharge delay. Oh yeah and flame of the firehawk krieg likes a long recharge delay too. I hope the new system lets you configure “bar” per character.
Actually. Just realized the easiest solution.
Roid Shields should get a reverse delay effect.
You mean. “there are items in the game” that help with that?
OOOH. In other words, every roid shield should automatically reverse all your “shield recharge delay” benefits.
That would be amazing. Like. To have the shield that benefits from a long delay stay long. But maybe boost rate. So it takes forever to start, but tops off when it does. Good to rebuild between engagements.
The problem is that the speed skills are often billed as Get To Cover skills. Not Pounce skills. My Gaige build uses Unstoppable Force to Pounce
Mindfulness may not have very good synergy with roid shields, but for gun builds, the Pain is Power legendary COV AR sounds like it would work great with this skill. The gun constantly deals a small amount of damage to the user when overheating, allowing for Amara to quickly stack Mindfulness. She can keep on shooting to maintain Mindfulness stacks and make her a speedy run and gunner. I don’t think the gun will actually overheat but instead just damages you, allowing Amara to keep firing to keep stacking. I’m not 100% sure the gun works like this though.
Either is an acceptable use of English language. However, perhaps I meant to say “you sound fun, I bet you’re great at parties”

Since AMP shields consume capacity now, Amara might just be the best class with AMP shields. Fortifying are stance as a either a full gun class or the opposite.
Amp shields “always” did consume capacity, the fact that the Bee did not is what made that shield so broken.
Oh.
Yes, I only knew the Bee. We never considered any other AMP shield. I remember now.
It sounds like odd usage to me but I guess, it kinda works.
Itemization: iz. · ing. to state by items; give the particulars of; list the individual units or parts of: to itemize an account. to list as an item or separate part: to itemize deductions on an income-tax return.
…awesome.
It also hits way harder than normal amp shields.
