Personally I think that so many lines have been blurred that there is no point in putting the characters into roles or classes. Some of them are just better than others. And some of them are better at doing things that they’re not even designed for than characters that are actually made to do those things.

That’s always the case on every pvp game that has multiple classes/characters. However, there are players that make underdog characters shine better than the rest. For example, I went against a Melka last night. She was absolutely devastating. It felt like my team was against a Benedict when he was in god tier. I’ve never met any other Melka like it… not even in her glorious days… Melka is a very easy kill for my Rath but not towards this player. I had to really be on top of my game even when I had the advantage.
Just implement some immunity for a few seconds after getting stunned once. The chain stun will be no more and it will encourage players to better time their skills.
Are there just not many Mell mains on Xbox ? Rath is dangerous, with that initial burst and the CC, but I went up against some of the best Raths on PS4 and was never anything less than hell for them. I once told @blainebrossart1 that I actually thought of Rath as a feeding target for the most part. He changed my mind on that, but I still never met a Rath I couldn’t take apart when/if I avoided or faked out that smash.
It’s one of the more fun match ups when both players are good, actually. Lots of predicting and mind games.
edit: that said, I once random picked Rath and completely ruined the life of what appeared to be a decent Mell (better than anyone on her team), so I get where you’re coming from. Silence + Anger’s Echo is nasty.

There are a few and some are actually very good but not as deadly as the one I encountered last night. i haven’t used all my player’s skill in a long time. It took everything I got to keep track and anticipate all her movements and skills. This player was truly unpredictable and remarkable.
If we were equally matched at this point, I wouldn’t have stand a chance prior the Melka’s nerf. Opponents like that motivate me to keep playing this game.

not to derail, but In my entire lifetime of BB, I can’t say I’ve ever been stunned by an El Dragon before.

I wish I could say the same. I remember the era of Morichan playing pre-nerf El Dragon with his dedicated pocket support team. Pentakills for days.
cool story bro. I’ve played like 200 incursion matches and began playing around nov 2016 and i can vividly remember seeing only one single el dragon on either my team or the other team that wasn’t just some person going 1-12 ish.
They were on the opposing team. That one person never stunned me.
I thought those buffs they gave him a few weeks ago were going to make him “a guy” again in incursion but SUPER OBVIOUSLY this did not happen.
Eden I have heard stories of when el dragon used to be a solid pick, but…i don’t believe them !
(i believe them of course but its just hard to imagine it actually being a thing at a time)
as far as i know, i have heard rumours of there currently being only one human in the entire planet that is able to effectively use him. some sort of doctor.

Once upon a time, that one second stun was an instakill, even Galilea feared the dragon back then. He was nerfed after beta and still entered the full release as the most grossly OP and despicable character in any game ever. So many players want him back to his former glory, I still want him removed from the game forever, I’ll never forget…
Boots of the Brute proccing off the clap, with the heavy slow it was perma CC from a distance, then his ult would 100-0 Montana before the duration was up, multikills, multikills everywhere…

I heard the doctor got banned for cheating on PC. He has since moved to Xbox.
I’ve seen one el dragon that absolutely wrecked me and my team once. It is certainly not a common occurrence but it is possible. I was thorn and he was clapping my arrows away (or so it seemed. Is that a thing?).

Well to be honest, it was a two second stun.
I’ve actually picked up El Dragon recently and he’s now my 4th most played character. I plan on getting Attikus to number 5.

I never noticed, he’s still the only character I’ve never played and likely never will. All I knew was that when he ulted, I died
He was in my top five for a while, I “mastered” him then mastered him and he became one of my favourites, McDoogle and I spent many late night terrorising the community with out Boldur-Attikus combo until the first major patch which made me sad. We were pulling shenanigans long before the thread, I wish I’d recorded some of the hilarity back then 
I still play her. Nowhere near a main, but I still enjoy her. I stack max health with no shard gen. Once I hit level 5 I become pretty much unkillable. Kinda weird to see little bouncie melka with nearly 3k health, but it is a reality. If only she still hit hard. The melka he is referring to is probably the one running around on xb that runs like bolas and symiotic. That is hardly a skilled player, just gear doing what gear does
For anyone curious, Mellka’s maximum possible health at level 10 - excluding any outside +health bonuses - is 2788:
1578 base
+300 ten stacks Eldrid Rhythm
+490 health blue vest
+210 health purple secondary offensive
+210 health purple secondary offensive
With the same build, Thorn caps out at 2625, and Caldarius 2931 (300 of it shield). Caldarius pays a ton more for the privilege, though, because he can’t run flawed Eldrid gear.
I don’t think it’s a particularly good build myself (personal preference, I like to build for damage with regen), but it definitely makes her annoying to kill. I don’t take a shard gen on Mell either.
I actually think max health gear should be nerfed, but characters like El Dragon and Mellka need their health levels revisited first.

do you just stack skill damage with perhaps the battery and some other secondary attack damage?
I can’t say I was ever banned on PC. 
Any projectile that’s destructible can be destroyed with his clap like Benny’s rockets or Toby’s rail gun but Thorns arrows are not one.
