All Vladof Strack launchers do that (the Jericho’s gimmick is that the mortars that rain down sort of MIRV into quite a bit of nuclear fallout, where normal Strack shots are basic mortar shots.

I want to say Cadejos have more of that weird armor plating around their mouth, but that might only be for purple varieties? My Tediore rep (who’s got a Gibbergun on the wall) is waist-deep in Negul Neshai as I type this, so it’ll be a bit before I get back to Sanctuary to look at my wall specimen. The body does look more like a Dahl piece though.
edit - confirmed; it’s just the purple rarity, alien-barrel SMGs that get the armor plating. That’s a Cadejo.
