  • Jennerit: Rendain. At the second phase of Heliophage you are sent to the void and it is not a big empty but has a beautiful skybox with many stars. He didn’t try to help the Varelsi destroy the stars, they were put into another dimension where they are safe from something. :stuck_out_tongue:
    Rendain could be so sarcastic about the whole situation, could make fun of the others to only have one tiny star left in their universe, could call them out as liars how the story of “his defeat” was told, could show them photographs of him and Lenore sitting on a sunny beach and sipping drinks, …

  • Rogue: Arachnis. Toby felt sorry about killing him on their way to ISIC. He went back to Bliss shortly after and built him a real spider body.

  • LLC: Nova. Kleese would end up as a body drifting through space if that doesn’t happen.

  • Eldrid: That moth @Ganjamira showed above. Don’t really care about lore and playstyle, it looks cool.

Only have UPR left now, but my last character doesn’t really fit in there. :frowning:
A playable Varelsi would be fun.

In all honesty, with my phobia, I’m kinda glad that never got further than a concept.

I used to be working on a tanky melee character, heavily inspired by ABA (Guilty Gear), but that unfortunatly never really took off.

I’d love an agile Eldrid support/healer. On some level, I’d even like it if that character had no offense skills, both regular skills and the ultimate would only heal and buff allies and the hero him/her-self.

As an example;

Passive: Skill 1 heals for more when you’re in the air.

Skill 1: Spammable skill (like Kelvin’s Chomp) which throws/casts small AoE burst healing to allies (not self).

Skill 2: Temporarily increases the hero’s own movement speed, jump height and health regen.

Ultimate: Instantly heal all allies close to you and grant them additional movement speed for 8 seconds.

…

I just thought of that and looking at that just made me more sad that I’ll never play a character like that :cry:

Concept-wise I really liked @Ganjamira’s post regarding the insects!

As for the others; I don’t care. As long as I get my Agile Eldrid Insect Healer, I’ll be happy! :smile:

Though it’d be cool as well with a character centered around buildables and economy, potentially a UPR technician or an LLC engineer!

Eldrid - An insect-based assassin that is normally slightly less evasive than other eldrids, but makes up for it with a stealth skill that has a high cooldown.

Jennerit - Empress Lenore with a fair balance of offense, defense, and support. But falls mainly into offensive. Maybe a skill for each, but the defense and support skills aren’t a replacement for characters who fit that description. So maybe one skill allows you to knockback all enemies around an ally, but only enough to give your ally some breathing room. A second skill to heal an ally but maybe for only 100 health, just enough to hopefully get them out of harm’s way. And her Ult would be more offensive and deal 250 damage or so in an AoE around her and gives her a movement speed and attack speed boost. I picture Empress Lenore as a fighter who protects her people and not as a leader who sits back and lets others fight for her.

LLC - Who else but Nova. She really wants a robot suit.

Rogue - Maybe some kind of wild animal that is the last of his kind ever since Rendain destroyed his home.

UPR - A healer in order to actually give them a support character.

I like the idea of this, they may be all males, but cosplay exists, even for the mikes.

Edit: I added spaces between the different factions so it looks cleaner

Weird as in killing ISIC as ISIC? Experimenting with Varelsi Portals with up to 6 Boldurs? Saving Caldarius as Caldarius? Heliophage with multiple versions of Deande and Mellka?

The story missions are already weird. :wink:

I know. I guess it all depends.
In the original Marvel Ultimate Alliance, Dr. Doom is the main villain. He’s also a DLC character.
If you take him into the final mission, he has some special dialogue claiming the bad guy is an advanced Doombot gone rogue. It would be cool if they could do something like that with Rendain.

I would love if he had lines like “I didn’t say that …” in story missions or some extra dialogue bits explaining his actions. :slight_smile:

Another reason: Adding him as PC would make some PvE exclusive lore available for PvPers. :wink:

Jennerit: Lenore or Aria (I like the jerk, her design was cool. Bringing her back from the dead sounds like fun) Or we could have a Demon Bear. Just saying.
Rogue: Maven or Dredge.
UPR: Random Battleborn fanart
Heals with controlled shocks and hugs. She thinks she’s helping.
I can’t think of anyone in-game already. :frowning: Demon Bear buddies for Gals is also a possibility.
