Also, the way the characters on the sides of the screen very slightly move back and forth. Wasn’t sure that was what was happening at first, as I’ve got a raging headcold that is making me doubt motion tracking at times, but yep, they do move ever so slightly.
game is pretty fun. Failed the one mission i got into because we couldnt figure out how to damage the small ice golem things. Everything said immune with random 16s and 17s which would do nothing. When i have more time later Id like to play again, but having missions that are sooooooooo long and only getting one extra life split between 4 people after boss kills seems like not enough. Can’t imagine this game without a healer, I hardly had time to do damage as miko, I had to keep everyone up constantly.
The guardians are tricky, the weak spot is their chest. Its harder to hit with melee characters, but still doable!
Thanks for noticing this, @GUNZERKUS. We were lucky enough to have legendary animator Michel Gagne (of The Iron Giant fame) on our animation team for Battleborn and that’s a small sampling of his work. Keep an eye on those types of VFX in Battleborn as many of them are HAND DRAWN.
Got to play one round of the public story algorithm. I went random on the character selection and ended up with Miko. I am not a good healer. Luckily one dude in my group new what he was doing and led us through the thing. I started to get the hang of healing with Miko by the end and enjoyed it quite well. I wanted to see what kind of stats I put up which I think you can do in the Command section? I’m not sure, but I got put back in the queue…waiting…

Info summary after mission end is comprehensive and helps making (more) sense of what you went through - can’t be more specific atm other than it somehow feels as improvement vs CTT version.
Further, default colour intensity appears - to me - to have been turned down resulting in less of a strain on vision, which is most appreciated.
Have yet to see my post mission summary as I get thrown into queue before that screen even pops
I’ve been very impressed with those little unique touches that make a big difference.
I just managed to defeat the Ice Maiden at the drill room with Montana at rank 8 when, as I was about to proceed through the checkpoint, I (being an explorer) ventured over the back of the stairwell to the far end of the room opposite the entrance - where the drill activation plate is. I ended up wedged in between the staircase structure, the sloped floor and the sloped window with absolutely no way to escape. I took a screen shot and had to quit out. I am so miffed that was my downfall! I was on a roll and really getting into the flow.

Love the intro before the start of the map too! Probably will be a good place to showcase skins and all that. And especially if it’s used to overlay the loading screen this would be a very intelligent touch to the game
Got say, I really enjoy the dialogue at certain points. For example, in multiplayer when the match is about to count down the lady sometimes says some funny lines.
I really like the intro to multiplayer. As a newbie it helped a lot to have some diagrams to go with the voiceover.
Furthermore - as I do not find this mentioned elsewhere yet - THANKS to GBX for re-working the loot system vs the CTT version 
So. Much. Better. 
The option to re-name loadout packs helps such a lot when switching chars = another loot system change-thanks!

30 seconds in and me and my wife said NO.
This is not a game for us. I am so glad we had the opportunity to try before we spent money on it. I think this will go the way of Fable.
What I expected was something more similar to Borderland. With some focus on Character development. I am sure many people will enjoy this game for its limited run.
100% the contrary.
The BOB is/was the most gaming fun I and my mates (all genders) have had so far this year - and we do not lead dull lives.
All feel we got … LEVEL UP!
