I found in Borderlands 2 as far as I know where you’re at max health and when you get in a vehicle then get out of it, some of your character’s health gets dropped. Is this really a bug that needs to be fixed or is this a normal part of the game?
It’s a bug that’s been part of the engine since BL1. Hard to fix, evidently.
That’s what I actually heard from other forums in other websites that it occurred in the original as well.

It does the same thing for ammunition on Salvador if you have any points in Filled to the Brim for some odd reason.
