It’s pretty funny. The Team Fortress 2 bots are cocky enough to taunt you as well.

On meltdown there’s a cliff somewhere at the edge of the map but I honestly wasn’t paying too much attention to where. Sorry!

I think I know what your talking about, there is a cliff by the shards on one side of each teams spawn in the way back.

It really never occurs to me to taunt, there is usually too much going on. I have to say though, the 3rd taunt for Caldarius is awesome and very tempting.

I never thought I would taunt, because it seemed cocky to me… You leave yourself open to death, whilst making fun of someone you just killed. I had no issues with others doing it, but it didn’t seem strategic to me.
That was my attitude, until I faced a Rath who would destroy me within seconds of respawning over and over again, I was so sick of him. So I hunted him down, and man did it feel good to kill that jack hole! So, of course I taunted, and it was so satisfying. So I’ve converted to the dark side.
Taunts are so fun when you’ve earned a worthwhile kill.

I taunt every single time, every time baby, and be happy that they made this system and there is no crouch, or else I would be tea bagging, provoking is part of the game, deal with it.

Not gonna lie, If I play as Benedict and the action around isn’t too crazy I’m going to do it. Just fits the type of character he is.

I taunt with Toby…but it’s kind of hard to take his as taunts.
“It’s ok, everybody dies sometimes.”
“Ecen though your dead, I totally believe in you.”
And he doesn’t say it sarcastically. So funny…like when he apologizes for killing you. Or asks your teammates if your alright.

If there were to be one reason, and only one reason to leave taunts in the game, it would be the simple fact that there is nothing as satisfying as dying to a fight you just every so slightly lost to find Benedict doing his “You suck, you suck” taunt, only to have Phoebe teleport into him and turn him into that wonderful red pillar of light in front of your corpse.

I’ll taunt even if it kills me and then laugh, because they watched me die and they probably now think i’m an idiot and then i’ll go kill that ■■■■ again just to assert my dominance on the ■■■■■■ and wipe the smug grin I gave them off their damned face. I am in control.

I’ll taunt right in the middle of a fire fight after getting a kill, and then just phasegate away as Phoebe. Really no risk in doing it. I’ll taunt you all the way to the win, every time.
It’s good to do to that person that is just pissing you off the whole match.
