I completed ghalts lore easily by going to capture and quick meleeing people off the edge. I beat Toby’s killing on rails by having my friends play kelvin and deande and providing constant group stuns. I also don’t see why people saw the saboteur as hard me and my friends did it the second try before the defense point buff lol.
I feel like they’re should be a title for mastering ambra when she was nerfed to the ground…
Im not saying Ghalts lore isn’t easy, as it certainly has the potential to do so. But far more is involved in the way of luck for his. I would agree that I started getting more opportunities in capture. Pretty much every interaction was an assist or kill so the odds were greatly increased.

I completed Ambras Lore before level 9 and that was after all the nerfs (Excluding the nerf to her Ultimate) hers isn’t tough at all.
Not lore wise but ranking her up because of all the people that f*cking targeted you
Ghalt’s was waaaaay easier than Toby’s. I did Ghalt’s in a few more than 10 matches. Toby is my most played character BY FAR because of his. Even getting one kill with Toby’s ult. currently is a feat unless you have a group that’s willing to help. Even then, it’s still a pain.
You can get one kill with your rail gun then the second kill with your ult that’s how I did it

Yeah, it’s not great. I was playing as Mantana yesterday, and a Toby came up behind me and ulted me. I just turned around, shot him in the face, and killed him quickly. I suppose his ult had gotten past my shield, I took a bit of damage. Had about 3000 life left though. Yet he died, to my normal attack, in a few seconds. Granted, I had a vicious attack speed/damage gear build which made Mantana a killer, but Toby’s ult just didn’t seem to affect me as much as a clip of Oscar bullets.
Yea I read somewhere they were considering rewarding those that had already completed them, so am I right in thinking this is no longer happening?
I feel like it’s just turned easy mode for the challenges but someone like me had to do 25 kills (relatively easy at 5+ kills per game on Ambra) and we get nothing for it…
We were told that lore changes were coming ages ago. Thats why i stopped trying to complete them until the changes were made, but those who didnt mind the grind continued. If you chose to continue grinding then you finish the lore before everyone else and thats your reward.

I did spend a lot of playtime to get the 1000 minions kills with Dragon Splash for EL dragon (now it’s 100!).
Also did the 1000 kills with Reyna, now it’s 100…
As of right now it only seems like it’s gonna be a pat on the back and a “sorry”
We were told that Alani and Gal lore would be getting a nerf. By the time word of Toby’s lore getting a nerf came out, I had already gotten his done. The only character I worked on post-announcement was Gal because I had most of it done anyway. Not to mention, the fact that almost everyone is getting some form of lore change which wasn’t really detailed until the past few days. There are plenty of people who got these challenges done long before any official announcement was made.
I too spent a good chunk of life on those 1000 dragon splash kills.
It was absolutely necessary to reduce that one, but by 900?
I would like a legendary loot pack for each additional 100 minions I splashed plz.

Ha, I’d be content with a title/credits/packs/whateva. Even if they don’t give out anything, as I said in my original post, it’s not a deal. I will continue to play and support the game.
In game design/development any number of things can go wrong (especially in pertinence to balance).

The tough ones I have already completed are balanced by the ones they’ve reduced which I haven’t done.
Evens out in the end.
