Is it a bad thing that

Tediore shields with recharge delay below 1.2s are actually very rare. So far the lowest I’ve found was 1.04 at rank 30 ish, and the highest level one with the lowest time is the 1.09 one I mentioned.

Also I wouldn’t call them bad. On Axton if you use these shields you can have near instant shield recharge if you spec the right skills and use the Tactician/Legendary Ranger class mods.

Wow. Okay I don’t feel like such a weirdo now

Also I like to collect gemstone weapons. I have a perfect Dahl Emerald Repeater that isn’t really that great of a weapon, but it FEELS so nice and crisp to use.

I also like to collect low level perfect Legendaries, hence why one of my prize items is a level 0 perfect Twin Hornet. It’s good enough that it can carry you to about level 15, but I really just keep it because it’s the absolute lowest level Legendary you can really get.

Impossible.
The lowest level items are level 1, which doesn’t get the “Level Requirement: XX” text because you start at level 1 and therefore can always equip it. The damage values are certainly level 1 which is the usual 13% more than the theoretical level 0.

Oh I thought if it didn’t have a level requirement it meant 0. :disappointed_relieved:

Still, it’s a super rare item particularly because it’s a perfect Twin version. The only thing I don’t like is the scope (I hate scopes on anything but snipers), but I’ll still take it.

This has been discussed a number of times with varying opinions.
The prevailing one ends up being;
If your character starts at level 1, not level zero, then unmarked guns are de-facto level one since there can never be a level requirement of zero.
Make sense? No level zero characters, no level zero equipment.

Starter gear has no level attached to it - which is not the same as level 0, but also not level 1.

I did this. Then I made a few mules with some sort of organizing. One for snipers, one for all sorts of miscellany legendaries, one for shields, one for common peak climbing items to avoid refarming.

Then I got tired of always moving stuff back and forth and because of that I very rarely used any of that stashed stuff and in the end just got rid of most of it and deleted the now obsolete mules.

Now I have 1 mule that carries the Peak climbing gear. There are some good items I’ve happened to come across that I would like using while leveling up to UVHM (perfect purple lvl 12 fire Rakehell, very low fuse NVHM lobbed Stormfront, a perfect NVHM level bladed slag Rubi to avoid ever farming for one again etc.). Unfortunately most of that stuff is scattered all over the banks of my characters as moving stuff around is a bit too much of a hassle for me. This unfortunately also results in me not using those items that I’ve saved to be used again.

Well now we need a gun called Ice Pick and a shield called Spurs.

Oh Slif, you know Maya is a free climber and would never use those…

Then why did she kill a body double for a voice modulator and blow up BNK-3R while Roland CLIMBED THE MOUNTAIN RENDERING HALF THE STORY UNNECESSARY!?

The game’s been out for seven years and it doesn’t take that long to make a spreadsheet…

Did that, didn’t like it. It’s better to be inside watching a screen.

And speaking only for myself; I’m in my 60’s and semi-retired, I work about 3 hours a day, primarily policy and legal issues for the company I’ve work for for the last 30 years.
Which leaves the rest of the time available to do things like play Borderlands 1 or 2 pretty often.
I continue to write software for myself to keep active in the trade I’ve had for 40 years.

I can understand why someone not in my position might not see how one can apply so much time to a game, you have either school or a full time job to attend to, as well as other obligations that might take your time.

I do not. And if you think about it, you’d probably want to be me   :stuck_out_tongue:
